Surgery Bae Service details

This service is just for transportation to and from Surgery. It’ll also include dropping and picking up prescription. The cost covers mileage, waiting period for surgery and prescription and tolls.

No Refund Policy, Rescheduling ONLY

-Please book the correct amount of sessions and the correct service. -No refund policy stands. -You can only reschedule or you lose your session. -Once you book, you agree to the no refund policy. -There will be a $15.00 convenience fee for anyone who is more than 15minutes late. -This fee must be paid before you can schedule your next session. -Any sessions left in a package MUST be booked within a month from previous session. - You CANNOT book your next session more than 30 days after previous session.
