This service is if you just need a ride to surgery, you just need to be picked, you just need your prescriptions dropped off/picked up, or you need a ride to post op appointment.

No Refund Policy, Rescheduling ONLY

-Please book the correct amount of sessions and the correct service. -No refund policy stands. -You can only reschedule or you lose your session. -Once you book, you agree to the no refund policy. -There will be a $15.00 convenience fee for anyone who is more than 15minutes late. -This fee must be paid before you can schedule your next session. -Any sessions left in a package MUST be booked within a month from previous session. - You CANNOT book your next session more than 30 days after previous session.
