Eligibility:

• I only accept SurgeonMade Clients.
  This means you must have an upcoming surgery or be within one (1) week post-op.

• No outside clients accepted.

 

Travel Policy:

• I no longer offer mobile or travel services.

 

Appointment Etiquette:

• Please plan to arrive early to ensure you are on time.

• There is a strict 10-minute grace period.
  After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will forfeit that session.

 

Cancellations:

• Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Same-day cancellations will result in a forfeited session.

 

Package Policy:

• All remaining sessions within a package must be scheduled within 30 days of your last appointment.

• If 30 days pass without a scheduled session, your package will expire, and you’ll need to purchase a new one to continue services.

 

No-Show Policy:

• After two (2) no-call/no-show appointments, you will be removed from the schedule and will not be eligible to rebook.

 

Scheduling:

• Please take initiative to schedule your sessions ahead of time.

• I will not repeatedly reach out or send multiple texts to confirm appointments.

 

Payments:

• All balances are due at your first session.

• If you need additional time, Afterpay is available.

• Accepted payment methods: Apple Pay, Cash App, major credit cards, or cash.

 

Faja Policy:
Please set aside funds for your faja before surgery.
 

• If you are unable to purchase the preferred faja within the first week post-op, your sessions will be paused until the proper faja is obtained.

• This policy is in place to ensure optimal results and to prevent unnecessary strain on my wrists during your treatment.

Office Policies:

• Closed on Sundays.

• No extra guests or children permitted in the treatment room.
  Guests may wait in the lobby or in their vehicle.

• No food allowed; water ONLY, please.

 

Availability & Communication:

• If you don’t see your preferred date available, please reach out directly.

• Business hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
  Messages received after 6:00 PM will be answered the following business day.
